ARC-6120-3 - Areca Remote Battery Back Up Unit on PCI bracket
 The Battery Backup Unit is an add-on module that provides power to the RAID Controller’s cache memory in the event of a power failure.
The Battery Backup Unit monitors the write back cache on the RAID Controller and provides power to the cache memory if it contains data not yet written to the hard drives when a power failure occurs.
Designed for the Areca ARC-1100, 1200, 1600 and 1800 series cards.
